Open Your Home to RPCVs Returning from Service!

National Peace Corps Association has teamed up with Airbnb and Service Year Alliance to invite RPCVs (i.e. you!) to become Airbnb hosts and open your homes to alumni of national service.

As returned Peace Corps Volunteers we recognize, honor and support all alumni of national service. That’s why we are inviting you to make the transition from service easier for those who have committed their lives to serving their country.

By becoming an Airbnb host and opening your home at a discounted rate, you can provide a big help at a critical time – and make money, too!

Whether it’s for a couple of days or a few weeks, your generosity and hospitality can make the difference in supporting those who have served and are currently serving in America and abroad.

Here’s how it works:

  • Become a new host on Airbnb by clicking on this link. You set the price for your accommodations. (We encourage discounting as this helps RPCVs even more!)
  • Airbnb will add your listing to this special Wish List so those who are doing Peace Corps, AmeriCorps, or a service year — at home or abroad — can search to find short-term, discounted accommodations with service alumni.
  • Returned Peace Corps volunteers and other national service alumni can then reserve your space. Once they reserve, you will be compensated directly by Airbnb.
  • Already an Airbnb host? Great, complete this form and we’ll add you to the wish list, too. Be sure to mention that you are a member of National Peace Corps Association.
